She explains the current process of registering waqf property under Trust laws leaving a lot on lawyers based on their skill and experience. This may not be best for advancing waqf development, she advises to have Waqf properties registered as waqf, a subset of Trust laws, this would encourage smoother management of waqf case and promote it.
