Waqf as an instrument to solve problems in Indonesia. Not only for mosque and graveyard. Waqf can be allocated for school construction, improvement of educational facilities. Helping poor Children so they can study in school with money from waqf. Also for the hospital construction, free treatment for the poor, and basically non-profit oriented. But still, require the education and socialization in the society of the importance of waqf. We know that Indonesia has 250 million inhabitants, where 90% are Muslims (225 million Muslims). If every Muslim in Indonesia donating 1000 rupiahs for waqf, so in one day will get 225 billion rupiahs (equal to 17 million dollars).
